Here is disgraced attorney Marc Dreier’s letter to the Court, attached as an exhibit to his lawyer Gerald Shargel’s outstanding Sentencing Memorandum. Dreier concedes that he deserves and will receive a substantial term of imprisonment. He tries to explain what led him into a life of white collar crime.
